Maravilla Condos are a gated community with 2 pools, hot tub, tennis courts, fitness room, shuffle board and a basket ball court.  It is a family friendly oriented environment with many comforts to make your stay a memorable one.   There is surveillance and a police officer that patrols the condominium at night from time to time.  We have local office employees that also monitor activity in the condominium.   The access to the beach is easy and there are beach attendants that can facilitate seating and umbrellas.   There are (fee based) ice machines located within the condominium to make your trip down to the beach a cool one.
